How home made yogurt
I eat one, and thieves like to eat yogurt. But because it’s too expensive in the supermarket, it’s always not enough for me to drink, so since last year, I have entered the camp of making yogurt by myself. After all, I always make it more beautiful. Today I will share my experience of homemade yogurt.
First we need to prepare some ingredients: yogurt machine, baking powder, whole milk. However, it should be noted that in order to be effective, the fungus powder should be placed in the freezing layer in the refrigerator. Remember that it is the freezing layer! Bacteria powder is dry powder, so it will not freeze. Babies who buy bacteria powder for the first time should also put it in the freezer layer of the refrigerator, and then take it out half an hour in advance when needed to let the bacteria powder activate the activity before use.
Well, not much nonsense, let’s talk about the steps!
Use hot water to blanch the liner of the fermentation vessel. This step is very important! This can play a role in sterilization, in order to prevent the bacteria powder from suffering from other bacterial infections to affect the normal fermentation!
Pour a portion of the pure milk first, and then add the bacterial powder. For 1000ml of milk, use a bag of bacterial powder (1g). Pay attention here. Milk can be purchased with regular whole milk, but ordinary ones are fine.
Put the bladder in the yogurt machine, close the lid, plug in the power, and wait for 6-12 hours. I recommend 8 hours. I personally prefer 12 hours. Sometimes I make it for one night and eat it the next day. Don’t be too anxious halfway, opening it in advance will affect the temperature of yogurt fermentation.
The Fourth Step
Put the prepared yogurt into bottles and jars, add honey or fresh fruit, you can put all kinds of things you want to add, adjust to your favorite taste. Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it before eating. It tastes better! One thing to note is that homemade yogurt is not added with additives and flavors, so yogurt is its own taste, sour!
Alright, homemade yogurt is done! Isn’t it simple? It is more delicious with nuts. Yogurt is a low-calorie food, and it feels full, so you can eat it during weight loss.
